America's Best will either repair or replace your frames and/or lenses one time if such repair or replacement results from accidental customer breakage, manufacturer's defects, or excessive lens scratches. If your identical frame is no longer available, you may choose another frame of equal value to replace it. Customer loss of frame and/or lenses is not covered under this plan.
