Eyeglass Warranty

A one-year warranty is available for $25 on one pair of eyeglasses, and $37.50 on two pairs of eyeglasses. This plan covers breakage and excessive scratching, and will replace damaged glasses up to one time.

In addition, when you purchase two pairs of eyeglasses and upgrade to any of our special packages, a one-year warranty is automatically included.

Warranty does not cover lost or stolen glasses. Replacement glasses cannot exceed the retail value of the first pair and must be the same prescription. See an Associate for complete details on eyeglass warranty.

Eyeglass Prescription Guarantee

In the event your prescription changes within 60 days of your eye examination, we will replace your lenses (with the same style) at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

Merchandise accompanied by a receipt may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus the eye exam fee.
